Two-sided billing, seller-side only
Bidyear earns revenue from sellers — not from buyers. Buyers pay only hammer price + buyer's premium directly to the seller. Bidyear then invoices the seller separately for the platform's service fee.
Seller-side invoices
- Subscription invoice — recurring monthly/annual fee for the seller's plan tier.
- Platform fee invoice — per-transaction commission on each sold lot (% of hammer or gross).
- Ad billing — CPC/CPM charges for any promoted campaigns run during the period.
Where to find seller invoices
View and pay all seller invoices at /account/seller/billing. Admins can see all invoices in Admin → Finance → Invoices.
Tip: Platform fee rates are set per seller plan and are visible on /pricing. Contact your account manager to discuss high-volume commission structures.
