Post-sale lot closing workflow

After a buyer pays their invoice, land lots enter a structured closing workflow tracked per lot in Admin → Lot Closings.

1. Purchase contract is uploaded and sent to buyer for signature.
2. Due diligence period timer begins per the contract terms.
3. Closing date is scheduled; instructions issued.
4. Admin marks deed recorded once county confirms filing.
